Our Story
His Grace Home Care is owned and operated by Olugboyega and Adunola Sobayo. Married for over 24 years and blessed with three children. The Sobayos bring strong family values, integrity, and service-oriented leadership to every aspect of the organization.
Ola is a trained lawyer from Nigeria, holding a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Science in Legal Studies from Concord Law School at Purdue University. Beyond her legal background, she has always had a deep passion for caring for others, including children, older adults, and individuals with developmental challenges. Her combination of professional discipline, regulatory awareness, and genuine compassion shapes the structure and ethical standards of His Grace Home Care.
Clinical Leadership and Nursing Experience
Koye Sobayo brings extensive hands-on clinical experience to the leadership of His Grace Home Care. He began his healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, working directly with patients and families in day-to-day care settings. After five years, driven by a desire to expand his skills and provide a higher level of care, he pursued formal nursing education.
Koye graduated from Ocean County Vocational and Technical School as a Licensed Practical Nurse and later earned an Associate Degree in Nursing from Ocean County College. He began his nursing career in a skilled nursing facility and, over the past ten years, advanced to the role of Unit Manager, overseeing and managing a 60-bed unit. His clinical experience spans young adults through the geriatric population and includes leadership, staffing, care coordination, and quality oversight.
This background ensures that His Grace Home Care operates with strong clinical standards, patient safety protocols, and real-world nursing insight.
